WINTER CONDITIONS

The transaction of a reservation implicates that the client accepts the general conditions that are part of the reservation.

RESERVATIONS

Making a reservation:
To make a booking 50% deposit of the total reservation needs to be paid. The amount outstanding for the reservation is required by your arrival to the Hotel. The payment needs to be done through a secure way either with credit card or bank transfer.
The half-board is compulsory from 26/12/2011 until 08/01/2012 and from 11/02/2012 until 11/03/2012.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will only be accepted in written form either by email with a corresponding signature. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone calls. You can cancel your reservation without charge if the cancellation is advised with 21 or more days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is advised less than 21 days and more than 2 days before the arrival date, the Hotel retains the right to keep the 50% of the total amount of the reservation. If the cancellation is advised with 2 days or less the arrival date the Hotel retains the right to charge the total amount of the reservation.

OTHER INFORMATION

Check-in: On your arrival you must show your passport or form of legal identification and copy of your credit card. Your room will be available from 16:00h.

Check-out: Rooms must be vacated before 11:00 am on the departure day.
