The transaction of a reservation implicates that the client accepts the general conditions that are part of the reservation.

Reservations
Making a Reservation:

• To make a booking 30% deposit of the total reservation needs to be paid. The amount outstanding for the reservation is required to be cleared 45 days before your arrival to the Hotel. The payment needs to be done through a secure way either with credit card or bank transfer.

• If the reservation is made within 45 days or less prior to the arrival date, the total amount must be paid in full by either credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted in written form either by email or fax with a corresponding signature. Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone calls.

• If the cancellation is advised less than 45 days or more than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be retained.

• If the cancellation is advised less than 30 days and more than 7 days before the arrival date, the full deposit will be retained.

• If the cancellation is advised with 7 or less days before the arrival date the Hotel retains the right to keep the total amount of the reservation.

• Check-in. On your arrival you must show your passport or form of legal identification and a copy of your credit card. Your room will be available from 16:00 hours
