Winter Conditions

The transaction of a reservation implicates that the client accepts the general conditions that are part of the reservation.

Summer Conditions

Cancellation:
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Reservations

Making a Reservation:

To make a booking 30% deposit of the total reservation needs to be paid. The amount outstanding for the reservation is required to be cleared 30 days before your arrival to the Hotel. The payment needs to be done through a secure way either with credit card or bank transfer. If the reservation is made within 30 days or less prior to the arrival date, the total amount must be paid in full by either credit card or bank transfer.

Cancellations:

Cancellations will only be accepted in written form either by email or fax with a corresponding signature.Cancellations will not be accepted by telephone calls. You can cancell your reservation without charge if the cancellation is advised with 30 or more days before the arrival date.If the cancellation is advised less than 30 days and more than 15 days before the arrival date, the Hotel retains the right to keep the 50% of the total amount of the reservation.If the cancellation is advised with 7 or less days before the arrival date the Hotel retains the right to keep the total amount of the reservation. In case of cancellations for bookings from 18/12/10 to 08/01/11 and from 12/02/11 to 12/03/11 the Hotel retains the right to keep the total amount of the reservation.

Other Information

Check-in: On your arrival you must show your passport or form of legal identification and a copy of your credit card. Your room will be available from 16:00 hours.

Check-out: Rooms must be vacated before 10:00am on the day of departure.
